Your BMI is in the underweight range

Being underweight can pose many health risks, especially for women whose fertility and menstrual cycles may be affected. People who are underweight are more prone to develop osteoporosis and anemia as they are often lacking in certain key nutrients.

Underweight people are characterized by having low a BMI (below 18.5) and a slight built. While there are naturally slender people, being underweight is usually the result of a sickness, an unhealthy or a restrictive diet, or excessive exercise. If you are underweight, it is best that you consult with a doctor to trace the cause of your condition and to determine the best method of gaining weight in a healthy manner.
