How Does the Chrono-Geno-Nutrition Diet Work?

The Chrono-Geno-Nutrition Diet by Dr. Claude Chauchard is based on the three principles from which it takes it name. First is chrononutrition, or eating food in the right order. Second is choosing food according to one's genotype, or blood type. Third is nutrition, which emphasizes choosing food according to the glycemic index.
