Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Shallot-Mustard Sauce

Sirloin is among the leanest cuts of beef. Add a big dose of flavor with minimal calories with this shallot-mustard sauce.

Ingredients for 1 person:


120 g beef sirloin steaks
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pc finely chopped shallots


Preparation: Prepare grill. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.

Brush the steaks with 1 tsp of olive oil. Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together 1 tsp olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and shallot.

Drizzle the sauce into the steaks. Serve hot.
